But How?: It’s Just About… Life.

no buts

“But how?” shouldn’t even be a question. It shouldn’t even be a statement: “I don’t know how.”

The how is everywhere, it’s down the street at your local library, it’s at your fingertips online on your computer, or even closer, on your phone. The how is as simple as asking someone who has done it, or is doing it. Don’t waste your idea, your talent, or your why because you say you don’t know how. You’re cheating yourself and the world out of something which could become remarkable because YOU possess that much power and inspiration.

Feeling insecure? Then Google Sean Stephenson, the “three-foot giant” who has overcome all odds and created an unbreakable character, his mission is to rid the world of insecurity. He says we don’t have an inspiration problem, we have an implementation problem. He says it’s a “but” problem, too many people fail to take action on their big idea, or their dream,by sitting on their “buts”. His goal…to not let the challenges of life take you down, or keep you down. Just check out his short film, “You Got This”, (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MpfF-9oXEA4).

You not only got this, you have it in spades. The trick is to figure our what “it” is for you and then stop making excuses, get off your “but”, do the little things, the seemingly trivial activities every day which will drive you to realizing your goal and life’s desire. The smallest of steps make a huge difference in the long run. Just do it, just persevere. I know a guy who likes to write, inspire and then publish. 🙂 A couple of days a week he writes a blog and once a week he shares other people’s stories which seem to transform many, including himself. It works, it’s making a difference and it’s simply a small step to a larger dream and expanding his why.

So don’t worry about the how. The resources are endless, ask, inquire, seek out the answers, take your why and figure out a way. Do it for you, do it for us.

Until next time, thanks for taking the time.
