It’s Father’s Day and we’re on vacation, so no Sunday Series this week, (plus the story I’m going to share took an unexpected turn yesterday and I need more time.)
So instead, I just wanted to say “thanks”.
Thanks to the one whose first cry on January 9th, 2000 changed my life forever, by making me a father and thanks to the one whose first cry on July 16, 2002 doubled that love – Sophie and Emily are my life’s greatest reward. I still have gifts to share, but I already received the two which pierced my heart and opened it in ways I never knew existed, until they did. That unconditional love is impossible to describe until it happens, but I am grateful every day it did. My two daughters put my heart in a vulnerable place for all eternity, but I wouldn’t miss if for the world.
Yet anyone who follows this blog, knows I believe in the magic of three, (https://markbrodinsky.com/3-is-a-magic-number-its-just-about-life/). So there’s one more thank you, and that goes to my wife Debbie, who gave life to those girls and when she joined my life, forever changed my world.
For all those with a shared experience, Happy Father’s Day.
Until next time, thanks for taking the time.
